Changed your mind with your purchase? Return your parcel by following these easy steps!
Step 1: Log into your account and go to
My Returns to make a request. This needs to be completed within 30 days of receiving the purchase.
Step 2: Pack up your return and remember to include your packing slip or invoice. This will be inside your parcel and you will be emailed a link to download it.
Step 3: Send your return back. There are three convenient options to return your parcel:
1. Courier: Our courier partner will collect the parcel from the address you provide or you can ship the parcel to us using a courier of your choice. Since we do offer such discounted prices, the cost of the return is at your cost. If you use our courier partner, the cost of the return will be R69. Please also send us your waybill number so we can track your return. If your collection was missed, please let us know so that we can rebook it.
2. Drop off (Cape Town only): Drop off your return at our offices in Woodstock. There is no collection cost for returns dropped off at our Cape Town Office.
3. Drop off at your nearest Postnet store: Drop your return off at your nearest Postnet store and let them know it's a MyRunway return. They will then ship your return back on your behalf. A collection cost of R69 will be deducted from your refund due for this option.
Step 4: Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return.

[email protected] so we can assist you in rectifying the issue.
Please note, all returns need to be processed by MyRunway including returns with our various retails partners like Woolworths and Superbalist.

Please note that:We
do not accept returns on underwear bottoms, earrings, fragrances and cosmetics.
We
do accept returns on lingerie tops, all swimwear (tops and bottoms), watches, sunglasses and jewellery (excluding earrings).
Some accessories are covered by supplier warranties, please refer to the relevant description when purchasing the items. (For more information see section - Event Specific Terms)
Footwear must be in it's original packaging and in unworn condition.
Footwear returns will be returned and rejected should the original box packaging be damaged by sealing the box closed with tape.
You will be refunded the amount you paid for the item, excluding any delivery fees. Please note that a collection fee of R69 will be deducted from the refund amount due to you. The refund will be based solely on the amount paid for the item, not the full retail price.
Any unclaimed items that do not comply with the returns policy will be donated after 2 months from the date of arrival.
Refunds will be done in the same method your original payment was made, unless you have indicated that you would prefer a credit refund when logging your return.
Once you have received your refund, your refund method cannot be changed and credit cannot be exchanged for a cash refund, so please ensure you select the correct refund method.
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package against loss and damage and request a delivery confirmation if using your own couriers. Returns need to be dispatched back to us within 30 normal days of originally taking delivery. In order for your return to be valid, we need to have received a tracking number or the original product within this 30-day window.
