Click & Collect offers the option to collect your order instead of having it delivered (making it ideal for the times when you are away from home!). Standard delivery/ collection timelines: Main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town & Durban): 1-3 working days of the order being shipped Regional or outlying areas: Within 5 working days of the order being shipped For a limited time, we are offering free delivery and Click & Collect for orders over R650. For orders under R650, a R79 delivery fee will be added. *Delivery dates are calculated from the time we receive your payment. It gets delivered For Click & Collect, an SMS will be received once your order is ready for collection. This SMS, along with a valid ID or Driver's licence in the same name as the order, is required to collect the order. Orders not collected within 5 working days will be returned and refunded. Once you confirm your PostNet store preference at Checkout the delivery address cannot be changed. NOTE: We do not ship internationally. We're local and will never surprise you with any customs or delivery fees! You'll only make payments on our site for your orders. T&Cs apply.

AWAITING PAYMENT Please upload Proof of Payment to the website to secure the order. PAYMENT RECEIVED We have received payment and your order is now secure. We are now waiting for the stock to arrive for your order. PROCESSING ORDER The items have arrived in the warehouse and are ready to be packed. Your address can be updated for any order while the order is still in a Payment Received status.

Unfortunately, no address changes can be made once your order has been shipped.

We cannot change the delivery address to a Postnet store if the order was not initially selected with the Click & Collect delivery method at checkout.
