How does it work?

Apply for Payflex and get an instant response! Just use your ID to check eligibility. If approved, you can pay for your order in either 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks OR 3 interest-free payments over 3 paydays – all at 0% interest!

You can use any Visa, Mastercard or American Express card.

How to pay:

Once you have selected to pay with Payflex, click the "Pay with Payflex" button. You will be directed to the Payflex checkout page on MyRunway. The dates by which you have to pay the instalments are displayed here. The “Pay Later” option will already be selected.

Enter your ID number and ensure that your details are correct. Scroll to the top and click “Redeem Coupon” to enter the Payflex coupon code. Please note that coupon codes associated with Payflex must be entered on the Payflex checkout page, not in the MyRunway order summary field.

Once you have read Payflex’s policies, click on the toggle that says you accept them. Then, click on the "Go for it" button to place your order.

Please note that Payflex charges a fee of R85.00 per week for any late payments.

Instant EFT is a secure payment service that allows for electronic funds to be transferred directly into MyRunway's bank account using your bank’s internet banking functionality. Capitec, ABSA, First National Bank, Investec, Nedbank and Standard Bank are supported.

How it works:

Step 1: Select Instant EFT as your payment option during checkout and click on the “Order & Pay Now” button.

Step 2: You will be taken to the I-Pay page. Select your bank.

Step 3: Login using your internet banking credentials.

Step 4: Select an account to pay from and enter a reference for your records. The automated process will navigate and populate the relevant fields on your behalf in the background.

Step 5: Your bank will send you an OTP (one-time password) or mobile authentication to your mobile phone to verify the payment.

Step 6: Enter your OTP or accept the authentication message.

Once payment is complete, your order is secure and you don't have to worry about uploading your POP.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Once you have selected to pay via credit or debit card, you will be requested to fill in your card details on our secure checkout. If you are using a credit or debit card for the first time, you will also be requested to verify your card using 3D Secure as an added security measure.

MyRunway does not have access to any of your secure banking information.

If the payment was successful, you will receive an email with an invoice containing an order number and order status. The status of your order will reflect as Payment Received.

To ensure that your payment details are kept safe, we recommend that you do not shop from an internet café or public computer.

Tips for using your card:

Step 1: If you haven't already, download the mobile app for your bank.

Step 2: Ensure you have followed the instructions on your app to add your card and activate it for online banking.

Step 3: If the transaction is not going through it could be because your card limit - the maximum amount that can be taken out of the account - is lower than the price of the product. You might need to update this using the "Update limits" feature of your banking app.

Step 4: Have your phone ready with your banking app open to approve your transaction. Some banks might send an authentication message via SMS instead.

Step 5: Ensure your internet connection is stable.

Credit can be obtained by: inviting friends, returning items or receiving promotional codes from MyRunway.

Once items are added to the cart, credit can be applied on either the Cart or Checkout pages.

After completing an order, the allocated credit will be removed from your account. Any outstanding amount (after credit is deducted from the order) will require payment using one of the above payment methods.
