I bought a pair of Asics and after less than 1 month they started to tear infront. I contacted myrunway and my complaint was handled with the best service I have experienced in a very long time. Carla, the consultant assisting me, took my complaint seriously and understood my need as I was running my next half marathon in a few days.
She gave me options to choose from, and a few days later my damaged shoes was collected and my new shoes was delivered. I ran my 2nd half marathon the past weekend in my new Asics and felt so confident with new shoes.
Carla kept me up to date throughout the process and was just amazing dealing with her.

I had a recent purchase with MyRunway in which two of my items were "not in the parcel". You will soon find out why I have written that in inverted commas. I contacted them via email and let them know about the two missing items to which I was assigned a very friendly, helpful, kind and professional customer support person named Carla. My emails were all responded to within the same day, at times even within the same hour.
She handled my situation with such kindness and professionalism. Even after showing me warehouse footage that the items were packaged, she still didn't accuse me, the customer of lying instead she was still trying to assist me...check the room it was opened it, check through the other utem boxes, check that the packaging it came in wasnt tampered with etc...were some of her kind suggestions to me.
Low and behold, the two items (2 small but expensive lipsticks wrapped in bubble wrap) was found under my bed. It clearly fell and rolled when the package was opened and was an oversight on my path.
I just want to commend Myrunway and Carla for the exceptional service. This is what customer service should look like. Well done!!!

Got a wrong size of sneakers from Runway sale. I immediately got in touch with the sales team. Wow, what a professional, excellent, and superb service from the team. The lady who served me was understanding, emphathetic, and super helpful to assist me with my request for the appropriate size. Im now happily waiting for the correct size which she pledged will be delivered soon. Runway is more than just merchandise, it’s a professional experience . It’s not just merchandise company, it’s a personification of customer satisfaction and brand integrity!!
