If you would like to log a return, please do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Once you have submitted your return, you will receive a collection booking reference via email. Please hold on to this should you have any queries on your return progress.
Please note: Delivery fees are non refundable.
Refunds can be processed in MyRunway Credit or refunded to the card or bank account that was used to place the order. Once your order arrives at our warehouse, please allow 1-5 working days for your refund to be processed.
